In addition to the prices, a local tax per person and per overnight stay will be charged (€2.10). Children up to 14 years old are exempt from this fee.

The final cleaning of the holiday apartment is included in the price.

  • Breakfast (included in the price for those booking a room)

  • Fresh towels & bed linen:

    • In the holiday apartments, towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen weekly.

    • Daily room cleaning is included for those booking a room.

  • Parking is available free of charge directly at the house.

  • Lockable storage room for bicycles/skis with shoe dryer.

  • Our garden with sun loungers is available for relaxation.

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB

There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:

  • Up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit is retained.

  • Cancellations made between 59 and 14 days before the agreed arrival date: 50 % of agreed total price.

  • Cancellations made after 14 days before the agreed arrival date: 100 % of agreed total price.

  • In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.

Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.

 

Holiday Cancellation Insurance

We recommend that you take out a holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
